If there's one thing I hate is when corporate companies are shutting down non profit activities.  Seriously, wouldn't the Mane6 team would've helped with the advertisement of the show?  FOR FREE?!

Or is this another set of fear that Hasbro build up when a bunch of ignorant parents thinks that Derpy is "mentally challenged"  Would complain about how violent the ponies are portrayed.  True, it would be the case, even though they've been shown to rough up other things in the 2 parter wedding ep!  So if that was the case, then the Mane6 team are simply following the show's continuity pretty well.

I would've understood their intentions if the Mane6 team had intentions on selling the product.  They were no different than people selling custom plushies/figures on ebay!  And they make money off of those!

The interesting part about all of this.  Lauren Faust herself contacted them what seem to be an offer to give the team original characters they can work with.  :icon:fyre-flye

In other news, still making Princess Guard Manga here :P   If I'm not dead tired tomorrow I'll have a livestream show :D

I can understand why Hasbro made them stop. It's just annoying that they waited till the game was almost done. Probably because the Mane6 was about to be featured at an event somewhere where parents would be on the offense about it. It's ridiculous, but they didn't wanna take the risk. =/

I can say this right now. There is no way IN HELL. Will you see parents at EVO :P Especially the kinds we're thinking about. Some of them might be parents themselves but if they're playing fighting games, I think they'll be more open minded than the idiots who thought that MLP is making fun of handicap people with Derpy.

Although I'm never a fond of fighting games, but when I look at this. That is just plain stupid, there tons of fan games everywhere before FiM even get some, there is Sonic the Hedgehog which I remembered them, some reach quality although more of an SNES format, but still, the more the lawyers temper with us, the more we, or if, already suspects that the lawyers only works for the money BUT hates the ponies, the more they defend the company the more money money money they earn. TROLL! Typical money greedy troll lawyers!

this was bound to happen sooner or later.
as much as i'm not into companies taking down hard work of fans (which is an dick move on hasbro's part), it's unavoidable.
we had witchcraft is magic, several commentaries, and other videos taken down on youtube already.
it was only a matter of time before mane6 is targeted next.
all that's left now is that racing game. :(

I don't know about you, long before FiM was made, I remember there were fan made games too which I don't see them gettingt he cease and decease. My standalone post indicates I got the feeling Hasbro's lawyers are probably just money-lovers but pony-haters.

which is ironic, considering they're selling pony based products to get said money.
