SCC: AGH! somehow your Fluttery huge pigtails looks better, oh wells, this is more accurate to the show...or at least....somewhat since the damn animators kept on changing the damn length!
You're right about her face, it just seems off, I tried moving her eyes and such that didnt do much. Oh wells, I guess you'll have to try again, but this is quite fun for meh. arr!
Oh and if you need to know how to make that cell shaded ...shadings
and highlights give me a note or whatever arr.
HA! I was going to make her belt glow! ya remember one of the preview thingy, their belts are glowing and shet? arr!

Neighborhood Watch
I have a few pointers though:
- Now that you've altered the pigtails, crop all the boring space off at the top there.
- You've redrawn the eyebrows. I actually think you made them look worse. Now theyre too big, check any of the reference art. Also, by my judgement, one of them is positioned too high.
- Shadow underneath her skirt seems fubared.
- A drop shadow wouldn't go amiss here.
Seems like a wasted opportunity. You've fixed some errors, ignored others and created even more. I don't see a significant improvement over my original.
